How to Write a White Paper?
People ask me this all the time. These days, the whitepaper is usually a marketing document or report written to support theories and ultimately sell products or services. Mostly, they are based on facts and research. Sometimes they are driven by opinion.
Ideally, they will answer questions and address topics for people or businesses that are in the early stages of the buying process. They can be lead-generation tools, brand-builders, market educators, or a mix of all three.
